1. Educational content, scope of practice, and no clinical advice

Professional education, not clinical direction. All materials made available through the Website and Services, including without limitation written materials, downloadable resources, printable reference cards, documentation templates, videos, recorded and live sessions, community discussions, and any other materials (collectively, "Content"), are professional education for licensed healthcare professionals and healthcare students. The Content teaches general principles, frameworks, and skills, and is intended to strengthen your own clinical judgment.

The Content is not clinical direction for any specific patient, and it does not constitute medical or nursing advice regarding the care of any individual. No Content is patient-specific. This license expressly permits you to print a reference card, checklist, or template and use or carry it in your own practice.

This license does not permit you to: (a) share, distribute, sell, resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the materials available to any other person; (b) upload the materials to any shared drive, learning management system, intranet, message board, or other system accessible to others; (c) use the materials for employer, facility, institutional, academic, orientation, or group training; (d) remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notice, disclaimer, branding, or attribution appearing on the materials; or (e) create derivative works from the materials.

Revitalizing Nurses may remove any submission and terminate access for any violation of this provision without refund.

5. Compensation and sponsorship

The Website and Services may contain forms of advertising, sponsorship, paid insertions, affiliate links, or other forms of compensation. On certain occasions Revitalizing Nurses may be compensated to provide opinions on products, services, or other topics. Where Revitalizing Nurses receives compensation, the opinions, findings, beliefs, and experiences expressed are honest and are not influenced by the advertiser or sponsor.
